Despatch of Goods 

We despatch Goods by Courier or Royal Mail Post to UK based customers. 
Delivery time is not guaranteed and shall not form a basis of any agreement. We shall use reasonable means to deliver by a specified date but shall be under no liability whatsoever for delivery delays or their consequences, however caused and you hereby waive irrevocably all your rights and remedies (if any) in respect of any loss or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly as a result of any late delivery of the Goods. 

Delivery times
All delivery times are approximate and are subject to availability of stock. Orders must be received before 2pm (the cut off time) for dispatch the same working day. Orders received after this cut off time will be dispatched the following working day. 

Netview CCTV Ltd undertakes to do our utmost to deliver to you within the estimated times but we cannot make any guarantees. You will be required to sign on receipt of your order. Please make sure there will be someone available to collect the parcel and sign for the parcel when it is delivered. Returned consignments due to "customer not present / non-delivery" will be liable for the delivery costs which will be deducted from your account.

ROYAL MAIL:
1st & 2nd class are NOT guaranteed delivery within the stated days. As per Royal Mail T&C, claims for non-delivery can only be made 15 working days AFTER the due date. If your item is required quickly and guaranteed please choose option ‘express courier’ 
We retain all proofs of posting and tracking information.

FREE DELIVERY applies to Mainland UK Only & EXCLUDES the following: 
The Highlands, Islands of Scotland & Channel Isles Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, GY JE 
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly: Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25 

ORDERS under 1kg are sent by Royal Mail 2nd/1st class, 1kg+ are sent on a 3-5 working day service. 

What happens if you are not in?
If no one is home to accept your order then you will be left a calling card and the goods will be returned to your local depot. You may contact the couriers to arrange a suitable redelivery date, or it may be possible to pick the order up from the local depot. Please confirm this with the courier first, proof of identification will be required on request.

Signing for Goods
If you are unable to check the contents of the package at time of delivery please sign for the goods as “unchecked”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter.

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carriers delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied immediately from delivery and we will advise you of the correct procedure for rectifying this. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date.

Damaged or defective goods on delivery
You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortage.

If you find any defects or damages you must inform us within 2 days from delivery by e-mail to [email protected]

You must:
Make a note on the carriers delivery consignment note that the goods were "DAMAGED"  
You must also take photo evidence of both the damaged box & any damage to products within
