Shipping Information

Shipping takes place on Business Working Days Monday to Friday only. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, although collection may be possible subject to prior arrangement.

All delivery times are approximate and are subject to availability of stock. 
Orders received before 2pm (the cut off time) will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this cut off time will be dispatched the following working day. 

Netview CCTV Ltd undertake to do our utmost to deliver to you within the estimated times but we cannot make any guarantees. You will be required to sign on receipt of your order. Please make sure there will be someone available to collect the parcel and sign for the parcel when it is delivered. Returned consignments due to "customer not present / non-delivery" will be liable for the delivery costs which will be deducted from your account.

Q: Can I specify a delivery date?
A: We can dispatch goods on a 'Next day' service to ensure your products are delivered on the day you require them. Our normal delivery days are working days from Monday to Friday.

Q: Do I have to be there to sign for my delivery?
A: Deliveries made by courier will always require a signature so you should ensure an adult is available to accept delivery. 

Q:
 What delivery locations can I have online orders shipped to?
A: Online orders can be shipped to anywhere in the UK, Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland, unfortunately we can not ship to locations other than these at present.  For paypal payment customers We will only ship to your PAYPAL VERIFIED address only.

Q: Can I change my delivery address once my order has been submitted online?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. We can only change the delivery adress if the order has not been dispatched and will be to a verified adresses only.

 What international delivery locations do you ship to?
A: Online orders can be shipped to anywhere in the UK, Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland. We ship internationally by prior arrangement. Please contact us for costs if you require delivery outside of the UK..

 Can I cancel a delivery I have placed online?
A: Once you order has been received you it is not possible to cancel the delivery. You would need to take delivery of your order first, and if the goods remain unwanted please contact us to arrange for a returns authorisation reference number. returns are subject to our normal terms & conditions of sale.

Q: What happens to my order if I am not there to receive my parcel?
A: If there is no one to receive your parcel, a card will be posted through your door advising of a delivery attempt. There will be a contact telephone number on there. If you telephone the number on the card you will be able to re-book a delivery day, or arrange to pick the parcel up from the local depot. There may be charges applicable for non-delivery so you should ensure that an adult is present to sign for the goods. 

Q: Is there a delivery charge and how long does it take?
A: The delivery charge will be automatically calculated depending on the location, weight and service required, for the full order. Parcels are normally sent next working day and.are usually dispatched using either Parcelforce, DHL,  Interlink Express or Royal Mail.

Weather Conditions : In poor weather conditions such as high level of snow fall or flooding our delivery companies may experience some delays in service. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
